Moire.  Fundamental visual change of compositional habits...performance habits.  Cage started this mess. 

...Moire is the disruptive game changing notational imagery lexicon which can empower both the composer and performer.  It can remove the rational constraints that are supposed to shape compositional discourse when that discourse aims at something beyond itself.

Layers...a concept rarely explored in compositional notation.  Does the composer fear that the performer is not his/her subordinate?
