Tonight: The World Premiere of "Partitions: Cambics Alive in Sensient Amplules" for String Quartet, Flute, Vibraphone and Bass : Score 5900+ Pages. Duration, 13'22".

Tonight, My world premiere of "Partitions: Cambics Alive in Sensient Amplules" for String Quartet, Flute, Vibraphone and Bass performed by the eminent Chicago Modern Orchestra Project (CMOP) directed by the luminous Renee Baker.

This ensemble is a definitive statement of the "next music", embracing elements of radical improvisational techniques with the precision and acuity of the finest new music classical practitioners in the world. The AACM, Ensemble Intercontemporain, Arditti Quartet, Ensemble Modern, Anthony Braxton and Ensemble Nikel all figuratively delivered in a composer's dream. I thank you all so very much.
